Processing Times

All orders ship out within 5–7 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Please keep in mind processing time and shipping time are not the same. 

If you need your order rushed or delivered by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm if accommodations can be made.

Please note that all 12oz candles in glass vessels are made to order, so they may take up to 2 weeks to ship.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Once USPS or UPS marks a package as Delivered, Pearl Skull Alchemy is not responsible for theft or loss.

However, we will do our best to assist by helping you file a claim with the carrier and providing any necessary documentation.

If your package arrives open or damaged, please take as many photos as possible for insurance purposes and contact us right away.

Incorrect or Outdated Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is current and accurate before placing your order.

Pearl Skull Alchemy is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos or video of the damaged item.

Most jewelry can be repaired. Please note that items discarded before contacting us are not eligible for refunds or shop credit.

Candle Shipping & Care

Please bring candle packages inside immediately upon delivery.

During the summer months, candles are shipped in thermal sleeves for added protection against heat.

However, we are not responsible for candles that melt due to being left outside in the sun or heat, and refunds will not be issued for heat-related damage.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Possible Reasons for No Tracking Update: Weekend / After-hours drop-off: If the package was dropped off when the facility was closed, it may still be waiting in a queue to be scanned on the next business day.

Missed scan: Occasionally, a carrier or staff member may simply forget to scan a package.

Not yet in the system: The tracking may still show “Label Created” if it hasn’t been processed or entered into the USPS system yet.

What to Do Next

Wait 24–48 hours: Tracking information often updates within a couple of days, especially for weekend drop-offs.

Contact USPS: If there’s still no update after a few days, you can visit or call your local post office for more information.

Submit an inquiry: USPS allows customers to file an online inquiry for packages without tracking updates.
